Social security law

We act on behalf of public agencies, employers and employees in social security cases.

We assist in disputes on:

• Accidents at work
• Occupational disease
• Incapacity for work
• Unemployment
• Labour mediation
• Pensions

We also act in disputes with government agencies like the Ministry of Social Affairs concerning disabilities, health funds, Health Insurance Institute, Unemployment Agency, Agency for Social Security for Self Employed workers.

We also act on behalf of several Public Centres for Social Welfare.
