Noël Devos graduated with distinction from Leuven University in 1979 as a Master of Laws and with distinction as a Master of Laws in Notarial Law in 1980.
After having worked for an international law firm in London and for a notary in Belgium, he joined the bar in 1984 and is a member of the Antwerp Bar, Turnhout division.
In 1991 he was admitted to the list of insolvency administrators at the Enterprise Court of Antwerp, Turnhout division.
He is mainly involved in contracts (including public procurement), insolvency law, commercial law, settlement distribution, medical negligence and personal injury.
